– Optional SCCO box of pasta, Icemunmun kale & butternut squash, and EA spinach ingredients (food can still be cooked without).
Butternut mac is a dish is an easy quick meal similar to regular Mac & Cheese, made by cooking macaroni pasta in a butternut sauce, sometimes adding cheese or nutritional yeast for flavour. Often vegetables are added in to the dish for a little something extra (in this case kale & spinach).
