Tabbouleh is a kind of salad that’s made with finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sweet pepper mixed together to make a delicious dish. Some versions will also have lettuce. Tabbouleh is considered a mezze dish.
