Massaman Curry is a Thai curry on the milder end of the heat scale. It’s a fusion dish, rich in spices more commonly used in Persian, Malay and Indian food (such as cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg, mace, and potato), mixed together with traditional Thai ingredients (like chili peppers, coriander, lemongrass, galangal, white pepper, shrimp paste, shallots, and garlic).
Notes:
– It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-Safe!
– Optional EA any vegetable, SCCO rice, BrazenLotus yellow bell pepper, as well as icemunmun tofu (cake can still be cooked without)
